Tai Chi classes in Coogee are postpostpone until Summer.
However classes can be purchased here for Centennial Park.
Saturdays 23rd July through to September 17th 2022 in Centennial Park at 8.30am - (nine weeks).

WHAT TO BRING:
Loose clothing, something to drink and warm clothes (if cold weather).
We also train in light rain under cover of some very big trees.
Assuming the unpredictability of La Niña until June at least, any cancelled classes can be made up on alternative weekdays, even into terms 3 or 4 if necessary.
Non attendance to any class (Unless cancelled by an instructor is counted as one class).
Paid Vouchers must be used during the term period - (each class is one paid lesson).

Taiji Coogee offers taichi classes in sydney's eastern suburbs for people wishing to pursue the gentle art and science of taichi. Learn easy-to-follow taichi flow exercises with a few simple Tai Chi combinations.

Ongoing weekly classes available for all students after one years training.
Corporate or group bookings are available with advance booking ( between one and twenty participants).
Tai-chi promotes sensitivity and allows us to move from outer worldly affairs to an inner meditative space. Taiji nourishes the internal organs, strengthens the bones, increases muscle elasticity and stimulates brain activity.
Tai Chi improves circulation, removes stagnant energy and brings in new vitality. Practise increases blood flow, enhances breathing, helps clear the mind and reduces stress.
Muscles are taught to contract and release and return to a neutral stretching position.
Internal and external senses and sensors are trained at different stages of a student's development.The feet are rooted in the ground and the waist is used ahead of the body to twist, turn and spiral energy which, in turn, circulates around the internal body, assisting bone and internal organ health.
most people are able to learn the gentle movements of taiji exercises as well as the short 37-move Yang style short form. taiji heals the infirm, strengthens the weak, and encourages bone, muscle, ligament and tendon recovery by reducing the chance of injury.
